🛒 In-Store Pickup Policy (Ready in 1 Hour!) Live nearby or passing through the area? Save on shipping costs and pick up your supplements even faster with our local express pickup service.

  • Preparation Time: Your order will be ready for pickup in under one hour following your online purchase.

  • Notification: As soon as your stack is packed and ready, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS letting you know you can swing by the store.

  • What You Need: When you arrive, simply present your order confirmation (on your phone) along with a valid ID.

  • Pickup Hours: Pickup is available anytime during our regular business hours. If you place an order outside of these hours, it will be prioritized and ready within the first hour of opening the following morning!

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Service Areas: We ship anywhere in Canada.

  • Processing Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

  • Delivery Times: Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 1 and 5 business days depending on your region.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping starts at $7.99 for orders under $99. Free shipping on orders over $99.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS In the event that an item in your order is out of stock after processing, our team will contact you promptly to see if you would prefer to switch flavors, replace the product, or simply cancel and receive an immediate refund for that item.

PURCHASES BY MINORS For the protection of our customers, our policy strictly prohibits direct sales to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority, please ask a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase on your behalf.

SALES TAX Sales taxes are automatically calculated and applied based on the Canadian province to which the order is shipped.
